Each Phloem Studio piece is made to order. For this reason, refunds, returns and exchanges are not allowed for any reason other than shipping damage. It is the client’s responsibility to notify Phloem Studio of any shipping damages immediately. No claims can be made after 24 hours. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed.

Phloem Studio furniture is guaranteed for ten (10) years in a residential setting or five (5) years in a commercial setting. Should your Phloem Studio furniture fail during that time because of workmanship or the failure of the wood materials, we will repair or replace it. All upholstery materials, slings, rope, and straps are warranted for five years against material failure. This warranty does not cover furniture not being used as intended and designed. This warranty does not cover abuse, alterations, environmental damages, or improper storage.
