We make each piece of furniture custom to order just for you. Your furniture order will be ready to ship within 12 to 16 weeks from your purchase date. We will notify you by email about a week before your order ships out. You will have the option to choose to have your furniture delivered crated via freight curbside or placed inside via white glove delivery at the time of check out. Your full name, address, email, and phone number are required to schedule delivery. Depending on your location, additional shipping charges may need to be paid before your order ships out. If you have any requests or questions about shipping your order, please get in touch. All international orders need to get in touch directly to arrange international shipments.

Once your furniture order is finished and complete, it needs to be shipped / delivered within two weeks (14 calendar days total). After which time, storage fees will incur for using our warehouse to store your finished furniture. Storage fees are typically 10% of the order total per month. Storage fees can vary depending on the scope of the order. If you would like the furniture crated to store at your own facility, please request a crating quote. Storage fees / crating costs will be added to your invoice, due before shipment / delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the furniture fits through doors, elevators, stairways, hallways, around corners and through openings.
